Nowadays, the importance of technology transfer networks has increased significantly due to modern interdisciplinary innovations and interface cooperation in project implementation. In this article, it emphasizes the theoretical and conceptual foundations of technology transfer and the role of innovation and knowledge. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the experience in creating a technology transfer network in Russia and to develop a potential national technology transfer model based on the concept of the ecosystem of open innovation and innovation. By being a knowledge integrator, the university plays an important role in technology transfer. The study presented contains a contribution to academic literature, which provides synthesis to related concepts of open innovations, networks and ecosystem approaches to technology transfer. The results of this analysis contain information on future models of creating a technology transfer network in Russia. This will help scientists, decision makers, government and company owners with a deeper knowledge of practical mechanisms that support the innovation strategy.

The implementation of efficient technological transfer is achieving strategic significance under the current conditions of accelerated transformation of socio-economic processes caused by fierce technological development. In such an environment, technology transfer (TT) becomes an important factor in improving corporate competitiveness through technological progress and innovation [1] and contributing to the socio-economic development of regions and countries [2].

In these networks, the importance of technology transfer centers (TTCs) is crucial, significantly increased now, when it is necessary to focus on the interdisciplinary nature of modern innovations and intertoral cooperation in -Implementation of the project.
